Number of properties under agreement: 54 (80)
Number of properties sold: 156 (182)

Total number of properties currently on the market: 3,251 (3,237)

Slow. Buyers might still be waiting on the sidelines. I think September sales will be off, over 25%, compared to last September. Whether sales will recover in October, is unknown.
